These terms govern your use of the Cliptic Translate application and this website.

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Cliptic Translate (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple Silicon Macs that you own or control, for your own use, subject to these Terms. You may not resell, redistribute, rent, or sublicense the App, or attempt to circumvent its licensing, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Free: 40-minute sessions that you can renew by resetting the app; no daily or total time cap.
• Pro — Monthly: $6.99 per month.
• Pro — Yearly: $49.99 per year.

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle as Merchant of Record and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and may change with reasonable notice for future billing periods.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App unlawfully, and not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it except where permitted by law. Open-source components included in the App remain governed by their own licenses.

5. Intellectual property

The App, this website, and their content are owned by KUZEY VİP PROMOSYON BİLİŞİM SAN. ve TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. and its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you no rights other than the license above.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Automated transcription and translation can contain errors; do not rely on the App for critical, legal, medical, or safety-sensitive decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KUZEY VİP PROMOSYON BİLİŞİM SAN. ve TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

These Terms apply while you use the App. We may suspend or terminate the license if you materially breach them. You may stop using the App at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Purchases are additionally subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted here with the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
